So much energy and passion was put into this game ^_^ grats!
Of course it's a little clunky with the controls/hitboxes, but really appreciate all the effort that was put into it ^_^

How does the game fit the theme?
You are going through space on a mission to study earth before mass destruction. Nothing can go wrong... then you see a shooting star... pretty!...........
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
Movement - Simple Walk & Jump
Camera Code - It makes it move smoothly
Main Menu - Very simple main menu, was changed a bunch. Originally just a contributors button, start button, and exit button on white side panel.
Menu's Other then Main - There was also a working Pause Menu & Contributors menu with a back button.
Font - What can I say, it's a font!

This was tough! Even after finding what I believe was "the srategy" of camping the enemy spawn, I could only get up to about 58000 points. The collisions are kinda wonky, and it led to my character getting bounced around like crazy at times. The other problem is it is really easy to get put in checkmate situations, where it is impossible to not take damage. For what it was, I enjoyed it, though there is certainly room to grow. Great music by the way!
Really good job! I loved the overall feel of it - the fun intro, the combat arena, the music!
I thought the graphics of the red dragons clashed with the overall art theme, which I really loved. Very much an early 00s cartoon/flash game vibe.
Good work! <3
