You click on the biscuit it stops rotating then you can click on the hand and it starts to move down. Then you click on the hand again to make it grab the cookie and then you click  the hand again when you feel like you have dunked enough of the cookie. You can try to get the largest percentage of biscuit dunked without getting your fingers in the milk. I helped a bit with the art but most of it was drawn by my 8 year old neighbour. It was quite fun :)
