This was a surprisingly solid game, and has some cool twist on a beloved formula

The commitment to a GameBoy style graphics and sound is really consistent. The traits system was interesting as a modifier to the TD game. The needing to grow plants before they can be planted was also a cool little twist. One note: the score is broken, it kept flicking between a positive score and a negative one.

Oof this one's good, audio & art are near perfect

Good little game. I liked the idea of growing towers before placing it. You could add a little more feedback on player action. Great job overall

Nice little tower defense game. Congrats!

It would be so nice to move plants. Is not very intuitive to play, but still a cool game :)

Thats fair, i thought about adding the ability to sell or destroy plants, but didn't have the time to add it. I think once you understand the game its pretty easy, but it could definitely use some in game explanations and stuff

It's a nice game, some things feel unintuitive to me, like do enemies destroy towers on the road? Do my turrets really do damage, since i don't see any gamepley feedback indicating that? when an enemy go past your stuff, is it almost dead? or still at half health? is there a way to know?
the game gives good feelings in some ways, but for me it's lacking some stuff that would make it more intuitive and enjoyable.

I was going to add shaders to the enemies to indicate damage. I didnt want to add health bars since you can get really far (my best is wave 50) and the health scales pretty fast. Thanks for the feedback!
