How does the game fit the theme?
You fool government officials into thinking you have a bigger, more vibrant city than you actually do. Just don't get caught!

I ended up reversing the theme as I developed the game more.

What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
Some models adapted from: https://viravoloshyn.itch.io/colorful-low-poly-city-asset-pack

Some icons used from: https://game-icons.net/

A very unique idea. The game has a lot of polish and I  really liked the feel and visual of UI in the game, great job on it.  The game does require the player to think. Only one quality of life change would be an undo  button . Overall the game is very well made!
