How does the game fit the theme?
Who's Calling? directly embeds the "Trust No One" theme into its core gameplay by forcing players to question every caller, as emergency lines are flooded with fake panics and deceptive stories aimed at misdirecting police resources. Rather than taking reports at face value, players must cross-reference caller details against the precinct’s Map Board and Wanted Board to separate truth from lies, knowing that falling for deception drains their Trust Level, restricts their authority, and ultimately triggers an immediate Game Over.

What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?

Very nice game! Mechanics kinda remind me of FNAF.
