Everything works very well, I only have problems when I'm controlling the dog head, it seems to have an annoying delay in its attack. But the other visual cosmetics are incredible to play, especially the dancing one.
Yes, there is a short cooldown per shot on dog costume. The yellow loading cooldown bar is shown below your character.
