Two devlogs during the jam, not sure your full goals other than getting the portable monitor and the update you had made. Not sure of any jam specific goals or how you ended up at the end of the month with your goals.
I know life gets in the way of that and gamedev gets pushed to the side, happens with me as well.

Because of that, I can't rate progress or consistency well because I'm not sure what was accomplished or how big of a task it was for you to complete the items you did complete.

I will say, that the devlogs you did were very clear and I loved the detail on the second devlog especially.

As far as the game, I am not a visual novel person, so this isn't my cup of tea, but it could be someone else's.
I only played the demo via web browser, so I don't have much feedback as their was only one choice I saw I think.
I'm not sure how long visual novels usually go before having additional player interaction, but it felt a bit long between choices, as I didn't get a second choice that I remember.

I do think you are doing a good job though and you should keep it up!

I appreciate you taking the time to play the browser demo! That one was a bit more of a proof of concept, with Demo 2 being more fleshed out.  That one is available to play via download on Windows and Mac if you are still curious.

Ironically, I just posted a Devlog that goes into what I have been doing in terms of custom UI,  a continuation of my Index design. Feel free to check that out too.

Thanks again for checking my stuff out.  Much love.
