  • Really solid! Fun and easy to pick up!
  • A truly stunning entry! This game was well polished, level design was great, and overall well executed game that was fun to play. I would even buy a bigger version of this game! My only recommendations for the future: consider adding difficulty levels and potentially wall sliding!

I'm a big fan of hard platforming, and this game was right up my alley! I found a secret room with really tight spike jumps, but I wasn't good enough to complete it. I may have to come back and try again later :) nice job!

Glad you liked it! its possible you entered the secret shortcut room from the wrong side, the correct entrance is in the last green area room, not the blue cannon room :D

I can see it being a good game for speedrunning, however I took it rather slow (and was rightfully called out for it at the end😅). The levels mix and match different mechanics nicely, with the upside down sections for added challenge. I appreciated how the colliders for spikes are a bit smaller than their sprites. The main thing that could be improved is the feel/visual feedback of walljumping, maybe with a separate "sliding down" state.

Nice platformer, very impressive given the jam restrictions. The upside down rooms gave me serious VVVVVV vibes.

This is actually super addictive -- I got lost in it for a few minutes and forgot I was trying out jam games. The individual puzzles are hard but I don't think they're too bad, even though I got stuck in one room and couldn't finish. Great job with the art, also, I think you really played to the palette's strengths by going with this theme! Fantastic job y'all!

Tight platforming controls, coupled with music and sound effects! Very well done. Though, the music appears to have a chunk of silence afterwards so there’s just bits of game with no music in it.

I played in firefox, that makes sense. Firefox is a bit iffy with that kinda thing, but I assumed it was magically fixed cos in your description it said that there would be no music in FF.

This is a great game. Challenging, but fair. Mechanics are clearly taught and smoothly expanded upon and combined with others. Wall jumping mechanics are hard to do well, especially under jam restrictions, but this gets it right. If there was an extra sprite pose indicating a wall jump is available it might make it slightly easier to learn, but overall it feels good and reliable without being easily exploitable.

Also bonus points for secret trash fly friend. Unfortunately I'm not skilled enough to bring him to the end without dying. 😁

This game is soo charming! The mechanics like wall jumping and gravity switching are so fun. I loved the game.
