Thanks for playing! I used a Post Processing global volume with chromatic aberration, lens distortion, bloom, and a vignette to get the desired effect, and then scale it over a curve from 0-1 over 2 seconds when the player shoots. Happy to help implementing in a project of yours if you would like :)
