Targets Closing In was a game that remained faithful to the elements of a shooting gallery, wave defense, and tactics game. I quite enjoyed operating the odd mechanism and found myself wondering if you might not have gotten more out of the prompt using 'live' enemies. I imagine this control scheme might be used to align orbital nukes, the player representing some massive AI housed in a military base.
The music used for this experience matched up quite nicely to the present setting. Sound effects were consistent and didn't fatigue too much over testing. Target designs indicated variance properly, but required fire testing in order to pin down the solutions to.
Thank you very much for this submission to Pirate Software Game Jam 16.
