Have you checked that your GDD is publicly accessible ?
Yes

Is your game set to public on itch.io so we can see it?
Yes

Summarize your game!
Psychocats is a stealth roguelike! Choose a cat (hover / click with mouse) then use WASD to navigate through a level towards the exit avoiding capture.

Please explain how your game fits the theme.
Psychocats are cats that have evolved psychic abilities and have been captured for experimentation. Unfortunately I only had about 1/3 of the time originally planned for (life happens) so the power and obstacle systems didn't make it into the build along with a lot of planned polish items and levels as well as the story snippets to piece together the fit as much as I would have liked.

Did you use Generative AI to make any assets in your game?
No

Playability:
No issues understanding the game or engaging with it. The design is a bit simple right now but your Game Design Doc shows grander vision for it.

Theme:
The theme could have come through stronger but I see the connection with the guards seeing and chasing you.

Cleverness:
The Game Design Doc has a lot of really interesting ideas so definitely keep working on this!

Artistic Style:
Animations look great and the game has a consistent style to all of the art. Well done.

I liked what you have so far.

The animation and assets all mesh well together.  I like how the darkness goes in and out.

I played it for a little bit, but I'm the type of person that just tries and runs past everything. This game does not allow for that easily ( by design I imagine)

I can see the vision and maybe if life allows it, you will be able to return to this and add some more

Good Job
