The game makes a pleasant first impression with its beautiful visuals and atmospheric graphics that immediately immerse you in the game world. However, as you progress, some flaws become noticeable. The gameplay is sometimes drawn out and monotonous, which detracts from the dynamic experience. Questions with slow text output significantly slow down the progression, and their excess becomes tiresome. The excessive number of computers seems unnecessary, especially if interacting with them doesn't add much value. Monsters only appear towards the end, making most of the game feel too calm. The music at the beginning is too loud, creating discomfort, and the lamp doesn't work correctly. Despite these issues, the game has potential-speeding up the text, reducing the number of repetitive tasks, adding more enemies throughout the gameplay, and fixing technical issues would make it much more engaging and balanced.
Reminds me of Baldi's Basics both having that panic horror. I love the sound design albiet loud in certain parts, but the details of the AI voice bot changing for a wrong answer was funny. Also made me laugh and smile!
Solid. I liked the really clear and consistent aesthetics! The quiz system and mister knowledge in general made me laugh, especially when I picked wrong choices to see what would happen.
Really love the aesthetics of the old windowsxp and the voxelated horror! I found the corridors to be a bit too big though so was quite easy for me to get lost, but in a way that i started losing concentration. The guy chasing you is cool, which is why I would have love to feel a little more claustrophobic and feel like I have to rush to find the next computer. Overall really love the vibe and mechanic. Solid potential to be further develop outside of the jam.
The jingling fo the uninvited guest was really cool, but this game was so hard to see. Solid horror though.
Noted, ill post the controls so people know there's a flashlight! Thank you for playing.
