The game is overcomplicated. The career window shows a lot of information and it's not interesting to read all about it
If I had to improve the game, I would add spectators who would create their own applause noise, and add an interactive tutorial of how to play this game.

No no it's all good - just happy to see people make games :) ps this is looking exciting - I'll play the game during the week and we'll vote by end of week.
