Description
Concept is about a lady who's picnic is ruined by a surprise thunderstorm... She wants revenge. I decided "Not so Chill" Lofi would be the best fit for this. Vocals are made in UTAU (using kasane teto), a voicebank based synth.(Any words heard are unintenional, I just used syllables that I thought sounded good). The snare, once bitcrushed, is supposed to emulate lightning strikes as well

Except for me being a hater of 8bit guitar tone, prolly only thing that I can point out is that I didnt know there was any vocallines untill I read the description, I thought it was some fx leftover or intentional background layer. Other than that the mix is pretty much on point, the thunderish vibe is present, verygj.

As others have said, the mix is fantastic, very clear and every part stands out. Like the bit-crushed crash/hihat sound. I do wish maybe the little vocal line was a bit more forward in the mix, but on the other hand I kinda like how it blends quite well with the piano. The small glitch-y touches on the percussion (the sort of tape loop slow down thing) throughout give a lot of color as well. Great job
