It definitely got those jazzy casino vibes while not going into the fancy, (soon to be) wealthy direction. The simplicity of it and the off-beat piano kinda made me think of an individual heavy-handedly placing bets to eventually loose all their money, which is a nice twist on the theme! Nice! :-)

There is something interesting going on with the piano and that bass. I think adding a particularly room reverb would have made a huge difference for this mix. i get the impression of small hole in the wall jazz lounge/casino that doesn't get many customers.Very early morning slow pace venue that offers food and drinks. Nice work and thank for sharing.

Cool vibe that fits the theme and I like the instrumentation. The high hat was a little loud compared to the rest of the mix IMO. In the beginning, the piano part seems to disregard the swing rhythm established by the drums.
