Description
Track composed for the Weekly Note Composing Jam #46 inspired by the theme "Fake Gerne", this track is a CuecaDreamcore, a Cueca mixed with Dreamcore aesthetic. Cueca is a Latin and Chilean folkoric genre, this is the chilean version inspired by the "Chileneros" style of piano arrangement, "Chileneros" were a music ensamble who played a very specific kind of Cueca, which is the "Cueca Urbana" or "Cueca Chora" which means urban cueca, the lyrics and instrumentation was more agressive in comparison to the other styles of cueca like the "Cueca de campo" which translates like the countryside cueca coming from other regions that werent urbanized in those years. So I composed this piano arrangement inpired by their music and tried to dress it as a Dreamcore sound aesthetic inspired by the Yume Nikki OST.
