This is a cute little game.
The art is good, and the sound effects/music complement the game quite well. Though the upgrades don't really change much besides buffing stats, they are very funny and cute. This game is pure vibes, from start to finish.
I will say that hitting obstacles doesn't feel very punishing, and they become especially insignificant once you buff your stats to a certain point. I feel as though they could have been made more frequent, as oftentimes you can simply roll through money without any dodging action.
All around, very impressive for a one-person project. I am unsure if another person was involved, as "One Man Symphony" is credited without any links to the tracks used, but I digress.
Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed it! I definitely understand your sentiment about obstacles becoming insignificant. Whereas I had intended to make them much less of a threat after buffing your stats fully, I agree that there's definitely some room for balance and improvement there. And thank you for pointing that out-- I had forgotten to link the specific track I used in the description, my mistake. I have gone ahead and updated that accordingly. Thanks so much for the feedback!
Very very fun game. The scene scale of the shop seemed different than in the gameplay, so it shrunk down and i couldnt see very well. Also, I was able to put myself into very small amounts of debt to buy stuff earlier than i should. The art was great, i love ubo they are the best little creature
Thank you! Yes, unfortunately there are currently some bugs with the shop UI & pricing, my apologies. I'm happy you were still able to enjoy the game nevertheless! And tysm for the Ubo love, they really are the silly little creature ever <3
