Ok, you did this in a Compo Ludum Dare time window, and it's good! I check out your work and it's obvious that you accumulate some experience so you are perfectly aware about what to do and what not in terms of game design. Loved the fact that you always leave an hint to the player for what to do in every situation. It's a thing I struggle a lot with.
The take on the theme it's very clever and funny. The platform with rewind mechanic with puzzle twists it's not the most original thing but you were been capable to add some spice to it and make it yours. The dance moves as powers are a great idea.
Not too long but perfect play time for a gamejam.
Very well done, i think it's one of my favorites of this jam!
Wow i loved the way you combine the music with the mechanics !!!! WELL DONE
Amazinggg visuals and level design!
Extra points for being a Jojo referenc
There’s definitely places to iron out when it comes to hitboxes and how the ability works, but overall it was a really cool experience.
This is a great concept, had some trouble initially figuring out the controls and it seemed like controller was available but couldnt get jump to work so went to KB. but after that it was great. good execution, I really think you should extend this and make it a bigger game.
Oh! I knew I had an issue where my particle effects didn't work in the web version but I didn't realize that meant the hints were gone too!
(In the level where the video stops, there's supposed to be a big light "telling" you to jump in the middle of the enemies and then the moonwalk tutorial pops up)
Thanks for the video, I know I need to fix that now :)
That's a really cool puzzle, liked both how moving changed the time flow and also how the music warped together with it! I also really appreciated how you laid out the controls and new movement options level by level
OMG this is amazing, I was already blown away by the reverse and forward mechanic, but MOONWALKING makes it even better, congrats!
