I'm curious about something do the quests where you steal the hermits artifact and steal from the warehouse with Desmond need to be activated on the spot with enough vice or are you able to activate them later when you have enough vice

IDK about the warehouse but you can take the catalyst by sneaking into the hermits hut through the ceiling

If you want to steal from the Warehouse later just talk to Desmond when you have enough vice
