it starts a conversation with your friend regarding your cock cage's lock being broken.

also, kinda curious when this conversation normally takes place in game.

regarding clicking a spot on the bedroom mirror and starting a conversation,

were you ever able to replicate/fix it?

or was my save just super broken and couldn't trigger it?

That was a bug, basically there are click events, I moved one that I thought was disabled and it ended up being the one near the mirror on the screen.
