- Good sound design. Music and sound effects were good. Game mechanics were unique. The enemies seemed to need me to move back/away from them and then they'd phase out. I wasn't expecting that! Turn based games like this are fun. Good job going for it and submitting something even though you ran into issues. GG!
Did you include your Game Design Document as a Google Drive link?
Yes.
Seriously... did you include your Game Design Document?
YES
Is your game set to Public so we can see it?
YES (I think)
Tell us about your game!
...we didn't finish it...
BUT! It was supposed to be a strategic stealth topdown-turn based thing.
Our main artist ghosted us halfway through the jam, leaving us to work with assets we borrowed from itch...
You were supposed to be a soldier who gets isekaid in a world with no colour where everything is either lit up in light or dull in the darkness (duh). Some evil wizards stole the colours of the land and stored their power into potions which you need to get out of this accursed land.
We only have 2 levels implemented, and all of them are the tutorial. There are no actual levels...
To the poor soul reading this, may god have mercy on you after you look at our ""project"" and cast judgment on whatever the hell we've made
anyway, have a good day, thanks for your time
Extra Notes

Sorry to hear about losing your artist, however playing the game conceptually it is quite enjoyable.
No need to feel like you didn't do well, life can happen and sometimes stuff gets in the way, but the work you did on the two tutorial levels shows extreme promise I would love to see this type of game fully developed. The building blocks are there for sure though.
Cheers, hope to see you next Game Jam.
