If you have the nervous photo of kate, you're going to need to meet here at 3 locations (bar,beach,and the park) on her day off. You can only meet her once every week and you just have to go through her dialogue. Once that is done take another photo with kate and it should come out better this time. Now turn in the photo to gabriel.
