paid but cant download

just paid $5 toward game, clicked download, download link went elsewhere and said access denied. how can we play a game if we cannot download it or play it?

just to clarify, i think it is caused by broken download link. 

this is link it opens new tab on my computer with and above is picture of what appears on tat new tab after pressing download on this website
