  • Great idea and fun game! I'd love to see an expanded version of this game. Some notes: - I like the humor in the conversations. - The characters and enemies are cute, and the music selection is good too. - There's some graphical glitches when switching between scenes. - Maybe the game goes a bit too fast, or maybe I'm just getting old xD
  • Pretty interesting concept! It plays surprisingly well.
  • Great game concept, I loved playing this one! I would have liked to see health and mana counts and the cost of the different spells, so that I can strategize better. Especially when paused, it would be awesome to see the costs of the spells and the current health magic remaining numerically. Great submission!

Oops apparently I forgot to submit my written feedback on this one! So here you go:

A pretty fresh concept with fun humour! I found the frantic gameplay to be a bit overwhelming at first but somehow a lot easier when revisiting the game. I think you perfectly translated the feeling of being the healer into a single player experience.

i love this. i didn't beat it yet but it has the vibes of playing a priest with Grid installed while auto-following the mage dps and i think thats great

Just finished, I thought this was brilliant :)
I enjoyed the light hearted humour from some of the dialogue, and I thought the gameplay was a good balance between chaotic and fun. I defeated the last boss with just the wizard barely alive. It's kind of like whack-a-mole but with healing.

And Ferris made an appearance! It's cool that you made this game in rust. We were considering possibly doing the same, but settled for Butano instead. How did you find developing for gba with rust?

i wish *i* could have a healer behind me whenever i make a borrow-check error and aggro Ferris. cute concept! never was much of an MMO person, but i *was* a medic main in early TF2 days, so i could still relate :) also i'm glad you named one of them Leeroy, lol

I was surprised how fun this game was, it was incredibly chaotic with all the things I had to keep track of, but that added to the experience I think. It's too bad my eyes were permanently glued to the health bars, cause the rest of the game looked gorgeous too!

I think this game would be better if the hp bars had more contrast. It's hard to scan the 4 hp bars and get quick sense of what state they're in.

I love this concept! 
I was always a healer in MMOs and I absolutely loved it.
This game feels a little too fast paced compared to what my nostalgia remembers. It was all about manna efficiency, and keeping up the HOTs, with the occasional shields and a well timed big burst of healing based on how well you knew the boss's attack pattern. 
I was too busy spam healing and button mashing to really notice the boss's attack patterns.

Anyway, I will check back on this in a few months to see if you change any balance or add more to it.
