The scale of the dragon increases as the game progresses. This makes it harder to feed the dragon and keep away the rocks. Also dragons have scales.

I wish I was the purple dragon...
What an odd, silly game. Quite enjoyed it, though! At some point, it seems to become impossible to do anything else than trying to feed the dragon oranges as quickly as possible, but maybe that's the point. Wonder how this would feel like to play if you didn't have to run around as a character but used your mouse to toss items around. Might be too simple.
