I need help :(

in order to proceed with the aunt's story, I need to progress the mother's quest. But when I talk to her she says to spend 'quality time' together. I don't know what to do for that :(

The problem is, I talk to her, wash dishes/laundry, have intimate moments together in her bedroom, the bathroom, the living room, laundry room, but nothing seems to help :( she keeps repeating the same 'quality time' line if I talk to her.

That "quality time" line indicates to me that Linda is in her laundry day outfit (white and yellow)? Try changing her clothes to her regular ones (black and teal).
