Hope you can follow up on this as you're clearly a talented sprite artist and there's plenty of potential! I think some things that could help improve the game as it is a WIP is considering enemy attack cycles rather than having them inflict damage in proximity, and putting in a little recoil for both player and enemy to get around the hitbox issue. It's all learning and the good thing is that you've set up the hardest thing to do right - which is the art! Full faith you'll be able to flesh it out and we can save the waifus soon :)

Found myself admiring the idle and walk animations even if the game is pretty broken. Cool art, cool idea. Next time!

Sadly it doesn’t work and is very buggy but I see the vision brother man and I really like the idea lol so you get good points from me for creativity and aesthetics.
