How does your game fit the theme?
You have ptsd and have experienced a trigger, you have to avoid the things that your head tries to convince you are bad to keep from having a mental breakdown. Like panic attacks, you can hold it together and stay "calm" but you're just a ticking time bomb waiting to break... in my experience at least.
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
I wrote the code and made all the art assets, 2/4 songs were made by me and the sound effects were downloaded from pixabay
