The float jump was really nice and having the follower upgrade was a good idea! And I liked the artwork as well! A well done short game!

How does your game meet GBJam's theme?
It has spooky themes, since you're a lost soul trying to find their body . There's also goopy monsters and moster arms in your way. Also it fits the gameboy style as it only has 4 colours

The follower was always somewhere else when I needed them, it felt like. The game seemed to expect I'd need them, but they were often lagging behind so much that I couldn't use them.
The float jump was nice, just the right amount of floaty to it. The sound effects were competent, albeit a little repetitive without background music to complement them. The platforming felt intuitive and forgiving, at least as far as I could get before dying to jumping on too many monsters.
In all, a solid entry.
I liked the float jump. The art had a vibe and I liked it. Definitely had a spooky feel to it. The sound effects for the jump got kind of redundant after a bit, but I think if there was music it wouldn't have been a problem.
Hey, I like the idea! You made it in GB Studio? That must have been tough, haha.
I like the graphic design, but I noticed some double pixels in your artwork. Maybe without those, your game could have an even better look!
Congratulations on making this game! I don't have a real Game Boy to test it on, haha.
I really liked the movement and the follower upgrade, nice idea there!
The only thing I found a bit uncomfortable was the WASD + Z and X for the controls
Pretty fun jumping mechanic, just a shame it was so short, but that's what you get with a game jam I suppose.
