I was complete up to 0.19, well as complete as could get [was never able to get past the 'prudish' thing, but that's another story]. Now i've had Emily in every room, but still no new scene!

So you had Linda walk in on you and Emily in the morning? (Linda needs to be in her regular clothes (black and teal) for the story to progress.) After that, talk to both Emily and Linda. In the morning, visit Linda in the living room. This should trigger the scene automatically.
After that, keep trying to talk to Emily throughout the day. The next day, during daytime, visit the living room and the final scene of the update should play.
