I cant craft "Uliora, Ultimate Protection" and "Leolir, The Magic Barrier." I have Ulir's Blessing and Leora's Gift but when I go the the Anvil I cant find a option to combine them.
You need the Dusty Crafting Book to get the upgrading screen as an option for the nature raid and fire raid anvil. The book can be found in a chest in the fire raid area on the right side after finishing a solo raid run.
