Is there a difference in deciding not to stream? I just live with it and that's it, I only streamed the times when it is mandatory and after that never, is there any variation in the story or am I forced to stream if I want to advance?  I am in the day 44 btw

No, streaming is not required, it is needed for a certain ending, but it is not worth it, streaming is mainly for earning money, and otherwise it will not affect your progress

Streaming isn't required, but if you want to unlock a certain's character storyline you need to do something before a stream (I'd be more specific but it might be a spoiler)
