Visit her again and choose "i have questions" then "Do you have any special features" and then speak with her again and choose "I want to try your Pleasure Program"
In the library at Mario's villa, there's a button on the bookshelf that's blatantly obvious once you see it. Just click the button and it unlocks the lab.
