i have looked almost everywhere but i don't know how you do it and from what the bestiary tells me , it's a thing that can happen (also i don't really care if it's a spoiler or not i am curious as hell now)

There's a buyable item that lets you befriend enemies if you let them digest you for a bit without struggling (until the heart appears), where you'll stop taking damage, that counts as feeding them, not when you're completely digested (also not all enemies will have this, if they continue digesting you after the heart appears, they dont have anything special for it)
