Help with custom clothes ordering

In the past I remember unlocking custom clothes ordering at the clothes shop. In the most recent update I have been trying to unlock this feature but have failed. I have visited the shop around 50 times and have bought out the entire stock for around half of those times. Is there something I am missing?

Yes thank you, I can't believe I didn't think of that. I had already went once but now that I went a second time it worked. I can't believe I didn't think of that
