Judge feedback

Judge feedback is anonymous.

  • Unfortunately, Nanorobot didn't run properly and was hung up at the first screen with a text box and no ability to access the main game beyond. I checked your GDD and saw that you were very on-point with your reasoning thematically. In the future, I would suggest using the GDD as more of a framework for organizing your thoughts, as well as including a development timeline to help others be clear on the goals of your development path as you build the game. Thank you very much for your submission to Pirate Software Game Jam 16.

Link to your Game Design Doc on Google Drive.

Have you checked that your GDD is publicly accessible ?
Yes!! In Edge, without signing in google account.

Is your game set to public on itch.io so we can see it?
yes

Summarise your game!
There are oil blocks what will block your way, and viruses ---- your enemy, and you ---- the shooting nanorobot!!

Please explain how your game fits the theme:
You are a nanorobot!! The weapon to defeat the viruses.

Is there anything you'd like the judges to pay particular attention to?
Ha, maybe the message boxes ?? Or, when they are playing, pay attention to the HP!!

Good start!
I would spend some time on the GDD to fully flesh out the ideas, then work on prototype implementation afterwards.
