- GDD Very well-made GDD. There are details on all the points, and it was very clear. Gameplay The gameplay was short and sweet. Very enjoyable. A simple platformer but very responsive with the commands and so fast. I had some issues with the gameplay and almost was unable to finish the demo. On the last leg, in the narrow corridor with 3 wizards, sometimes one or more get stuck on the steps and block the way forever. It took me 3 resets to get past it. And the jumping wizard got me once. So mean. Art Lovely art style. The color palette gave it a nice vibe. The sprites were enough to give the game a lot of charm. Sound design The BGM is a short loop, very enjoyable. Since the game is still short, it does not grow old. The SFX needs some work on balancing the volume. The SFX for the invisibility was deafening; I had to turn down the volume until the music was almost mute, and it was still loud. Last thoughts Cool concept. I never thought I would see a wizard do jumping jacks to get a wand. So funny. Great job, team.

At Humphry’s School for Magical Muppets, one wand has had enough and is tired of being misused. Help Wishy as he attempts to escape the school by evading students and teachers.
2D side-scroller platformer with some stealth mechanics.
Please explain how your game fits the theme:
You play as a item (wand) instead of the character wielding it.

First game I fully completed up to now. Simple mechanics and overall polished. Wish the enemies would move in a straight line and switch direction when hitting a wall; got some characters stuck in a corner for a long while...!
Thanks for playing the game and for the feedback. Yes! I understand the frustration of the student NPCs. It was on the list of things to fix, but we ran out of time. I also wanted to implement better controls for the platforming (cyote time, etc.) but ran out of time as well. I'll be sure to put those in after the judging is done.
