- Had a lot of fun playing the game, even though i suck at it :P The mechanics are very interesting and the implementation is very good! The hitboxes seem to be slightly smaller than the characters, which could be a design feature but was a little annoying as the projectile would pass straight through the attackers occasionally. The artwork is top tier, everything looks flawless and is very well laid out in the game. It would be useful to have a tutorial level to help introduce the mechanics a little better, as it was a little confusing what to do at the start. It would also be great if there was a way of turning down the music and other settings like that. The GDD is an excellent example of GDD's should look like, personally i like more graphics showing off artwork and mechanics but that is just a preference. Good game overall

Yes
Summarise your game!
You are a sentient spark defending a central energy core from alien invaders. As the last power source, you must power towers and protect the core from destruction. Towers only fire when you are present, forcing you to move strategically between them. Expand your network by placing and connecting new turrets, and survive waves of enemies by optimizing your movement and making tactical decisions to keep the core safe.
Controls:
- Movement: WASD or arrow keys.
- Shooting: Spacebar or mouse click.
- Tower Placement: Click to place, connect pathways using open connections.
- Wave Progression: Press spacebar to start the next wave.
Please explain how your game fits the theme:
The theme "You Are The Weapon" is reflected in your role as the sole power source for towers. Your movement and decisions directly impact the defense, making you the core of the strategy. The networked movement and tower management emphasize your active role in the system.

The game felt a little difficult for my prefferences but the chaos of dealing with switching turrets all the time was quite fun
