What was the theme you used for your entry?
Dating Simulator/Bullet Hell
What was the most challenging part of making your entry?
Incorporating both of the themes into a cohesive experience. Also 2d animation is something I'm still learning.
What was the most fun part?
Writing some of the comedic dialogue and learning more about 2d programming
Anything else to add? (important controls, assets used, special mentions, etc)
The game uses the keys "ASD" in the controls, so typical WASD movement doesn't work. You need to use the Directional Keys.
I really adore this idea, I think you should totally flesh it out into something more polished XD I did not like having to use the arrow keys for movement tho, arrow keys never feel good to use. Also the lil guy's laugh is A++
Kinda annoying dodging missiles. But I like the conversations.
this was awesome! I wish I could do those effects with light etc.. I'll have to learn :) One of the best made, funniest game of the Jam so far! :D
thanks so much! and no worries here is the tutorial I used to figure out lighting effects in case you want to learn!

Thank you! Yeah I do follow Brakeys.. togheter with James and other channel with tutorials so I've seen this one. But since I've started learning how to code I concentrated myself more on the "basic" parts of game dev in Unity and still didn't put myself into lights that much.. So I'll have to learn lughts, particles and shaders soon :)
This was great! I really loved the dialogue for the characters, it was funny and well written :) It was incredibly stressful dodging the missiles (in a good way) and getting to relax a little while talking was nice. Except when the character decides to let you keep playing while they talk :D Really great stuff, and you packed a lot in for such a short amount of time working on it! :)
