One of the best games this jam! Visual and audio are good. Love the concept of upgrading and breaking your character at the same time (my game also uses the same concept :D)
That said, for now the best upgrades are attack speed and damage are enough to survive forever, I only need to pick these upgrades and erase all the bug after that. In my opinion, because of the lack of surviving goals, enemies's variety ... make it feels insignificant to have to constantly upgrade my stats.
I'm willing to provide even more and detailed feedbacks if you guys need them! Overall, I had a great time! This game has so much potential and rooms to grow into a hit!
Excellent voice acting, driving music. I really liked the animations of bugs appearing) Overall, a great game!
Nice entry ! maybe having a way to auto shoot would be even better but nice entry :)
A really fun and well put together game! The audio was phenomenal and I loved the robot's voicelines!
amazing game
Brilliant audio on all fronts. The music really helped the overall feel of the game, and the voice acting added so much charm! Really nice game!
Nice game, I really liked it, it even had perfect dubbing
I'd prefer a mouse targeting option instead of diagonal ones and maybe automatic firing would be more pleasant but that's my opinion so good work for a week. Congrats.
Cool idea, fun voices too.
Some of my feedback:
Good job creating this game
Had a lot of fun playing this game. The upgrade system was cool and I like how it fit into the story of the game. I enjoyed the various enemy types a lot too.
hahahaha this game just hit the nail on the head! I love it! From drinking the blood of your enemies to heal, to random software patches that help and hurt you. Oh, and the voice acting was so perfect. I love the intro cutscene. So glad you guys dedicated time to make that. This is such a fantastic and addicting game.
the game was very polished! it very fun and i really like the intro it to the game it creates a fun sense of panic, awesome work!
Very nice and polished game, I would say its one of the best games in this game jam I've seen so far. I liked the art and gameplay. My only comment is that the player is a little too slow and shoots slowly in the beginning, but i get that it's supposed to be like that to be able to progress.
The glitchy terminal interface genius! Felt like a real hacker during the firewall sequence. Almost cried when I accidentally deleted the AI core 😅 Your cyber aesthetic's flawless. Would love your thoughts on my game!
Great little game you've made. Love that you install software patches with floppies, like the good old days.
Artwork fits, music adds to the tension, the robot's dialog... hilarious!
Hello! I'm the UI artist and my first game ever was Commander Keen on a floppy so it felt appropriate hehe. The goood old days for sure.
Thanks so much for the compliments, we all appreciate it.
Played and rated, cool game! The music and robot voicelines were very cool
Very very nice visuals and audio! I like this type of games really much and you guys did a great job on it!
Crazy visuals, good system, one thing, I encountered a bug where in the first wave, the third enemy is not visible at all. Still liked the game tho :)
PS. I would be really glad, if you could rate my game as it is really low on number of ratings:)
The voice acting put a big smile on my face :) good job!
