Superb effects and I mean V and S both!! A superb chaos action game!!

I really enjoyed the game!! Keep it up!!🙌🙌

That's amazing to hear! Thank you so much!

Really fun game :)  the graphic and sound design build a unique atmosphere, great job !

Developer

Thank you for the review! :)

FYI, I’m coming soon to play / rate your game! Just didn’t have time today.

Developer

All good! Take your time. :)

I love the logic behind refilling on the poop mines by eating.

Developer

The more you eat, the more you poop.  Thank you!

Developer

I will play your game today.

Really nice concept! I think you can add a visual and sound feedback when you hit a wolf

Developer

Thanks! Good point, I will do that, because otherwise it is hard to understand if wolf has been hit.

I actually really love this game. Really silly and fun and the atmosphere is really sweet. Amazing job!

I love the general vibe, the music and the poop mines

The AI is a little chaotic haha

Developer

Yep, need to work more on AI, it is a true pain in the ass. :D

Submitted(+1)

I love the reverse perspective how you play as the pigs fighting the wolves. It was very chaotic and a fun time to just blast away at the wolves! I really enjoyed the music as well.

Developer

Thank you! I had no time to actually add pigs, because I was wondering what happens with two other pigs. I am still thinking to include them maybe as some random event where they come out and help fighting the wolves. Yeah blasting wolves is the main absurd feature. Thank you very much!

Pure chaos! Had a great time. Good work!

Developer(+1)

That was the main purpose, to have a chaos and that it is a bit randomized depending on destruction.  Thank you!

Thank you, I have a lot to learn from your game too!

Hey, you rated my game, so I wanted to test yours and review it, but I can't play it due to low PC performance. If you plan on modifying the game in the future, consider adding a low quality option (maybe just remove the post-processing and shaders for that version). I think it could really improve accessibility because your game seems really cool !

Developer

Thank you for trying and no worries. I think I have to optimize so that other people could play it too. Thanks for the comment, I will try to work on it. Enjoy the games!

Had fun shooting wolves and exploding things. Can't get rid of idea, that it is me, who destroys the base, neither hungry wolves. Like low-poly style. The idea of making backround music as in-game gramophone is greate!

As mentioned before - things to improve are wolves a.i. and shooting speed. I'd also add manual reload and some info about ammo.

Well this is a bummer,  i am playing on virtual machine and had to specifically download program just to unpack that RAR. And then it said it needs to download additional visual c++ support and directx runtime xD And because i am playing on virtual machine i didnt have enough space to download and install all that, so i could not really play it (not leaving any review then sadly :/) I would suggest to atleast use zip next time :D And is it not there some self-contained support in UE?

EDIT: Ok i was actually able to unpack it finally. Nice game you got there xD Liked the music,  and would maybe add a little vfx to the shooting. But otherwise chill experience.

Developer

Oh no! I am reading this and I am just being thankful for your patience. I had no idea that .rar files can cause some trouble.  You are the best for trying to download the game and in the end it all worked out.  Sorry for it, but also thank you for the support. Thanks for the tip about shooting, it has some vfx, but not the best. Will make some updates!

Submitted(+1)

Oh ye sorry for the confusion, with that shooting i more ment the final projectile (like some fireball or something :))

I liked your game a lot, it was so fun to shoot the wolves and explode things, it was comical in a good way! The cute vinyl player added a cool vibe to the game! The only "mistake" I noticed was that you forgot to add collision to some of the wood logs on the edge of the circle but it didn't impact the gameplay whatsoever. Really fun game, good job!

Developer

Hello! Thanks you for the support. I just wanted to make it as absurd as possible. Yeah i know what you are talking about, but it was on purpose, because when those logs were stacked it was hard to shoot above them and projectiles was hitting the logs. So decided to make some logs without collision. Also stepping on them caused some issues. But good point, maybe I should add collision to all of the logs. Thank you for your time.

I HATE WOLVES.
And also looking at the visuals I knew why it was 313Mbs (haha). But anyways, This was a great game. I would really like if you could work on this project in the future.

Developer

Yep it was a challenge to optimize it, but I will try to make it smaller after Jam.  Thank you! I will keep on working on it.

Really good game! My only critiques are that I couldn't tell when I was landing a hit. But I absolutely loved how standing on the record player made me spin around. (it's the little things)

Developer

Yep, I can agree, that I should add some sound or some fx that shows that you hit an enemy. Yeah good point! And I had no idea about that record player, just tried it out and made me laugh. So funny that I didn't try it by myself. Thank you!

Nice little shooter, I enjoyed visuals, and the concept is very unusual! As for improvements, I can say: rifle attack speed is very fast for me; it would be great to be able to rebuild some barricades around your house.

Developer(+1)

Your comment means a lot to me. I played your game and it is just perfect. I will play around with rifle speed. And I thought the same that it could be a great feature to rebuild something, but had no idea how to implement it correctly. Thank you!

I loved this game, I'm going to play it again after the jam for sure.
As someone already said, maybe the enemy behaviour has some work to do but the game is still challenging and fun, which is what matters the most!
Oh and the graphics are soo clean, congrats.
Can I ask you on which engine you've developed the game? Just curious.
Anyways good job :)

Developer(+1)

I cannot wait when the rating is done, to upload some updates and bug fixes. Yes AI is a massive challenge, to be honest the biggest one while working on this project. Still cannot understand how to make a clever AI. I believe it is just not that easy at all. Thank you for playing the game and trying to survive against those wolves.

Submitted

Of course, enemy AI is really hard to pull of especially when working on a 3d environment in my opinion.
Thank you for giving us the oportunity to play, I threw shit all over those wolves!!

Submitted(+1)

10/10. That was so much fun haha, not sure if anyone else has, but I jumped on top of the record player and became a spinning death cannon. The graphics could use a little polish, and the wolves a better animation. But this is a great entry and the music pulled it all together. Great job!

Developer

10/10 that's a lot! Thank you sir! I am happy to hear that you got far in the game. I will try to add new waves and new boss levels. And I agree about animations, they are a bit roughly made.
