Nice game, but it should have the controls displayed somewhere in the main menu or in a pause menu, it took me a while before realizing what I could do. Apart from that, it was pretty fun, I like the effort you put into the 3D models. Nice job guys :)

Hey Quasar, Thanks for your feedback. Our models were done by Jial, check out his work: https://jial-yo.itch.io/ . We've changed the controls, now it's more intuitive to use, and now i'm considering putting controls on the pause menu, thanks!!

The game is really fun, the musics are great both on the menu and on the gameplay levels, the way they fit together with the game theme is nice, to steal carrots to feed the babies and dig holes to access enclosed places is simple but very addicting, the farmer adds a nice difficulty for the game.

Issue I had was a lack of explanation on the controls, I got really lost on the first try. I also had a hard time to pickup the carrots and dig the holes because the keys "X" and "Z" are confusing, maybe change that to "Q" and "E" would make it better? Congratulations on the submission!

Hey IntelliPIX, thanks for your feedback! Actually due to earlier feedback we've already changed controls to Q and E. I'm very happy that you enjoyed the farmer because i personally worked on him, and we've already impreved him. Now he can find and destroy digged holes and is a little bit faster.  It's still lacking some animation, but we will work on that later.

The game is pretty fun once i figured out how to play and the models look good but it isnt very clear that i could press Z to dig holes and X to pick up carrots. Overall the game is fine but could use a bit of polish because the game lags on my computer. If i would have to rate it out of five i would give it a 3/5.

Good that you’re fixing the controls and when it lags is pretty much the whole game, but i also think it lags because the models have too many details when it comes to the roundness. Maybe having an option to lower the models detail may fix the problem. Hope this helps!

The models look great! As others mentioned, controls are a bit hard to get used to but that's alright! I noticed you can walk up the rake and float around above the farmer and never get caught/ wait until time is up.  It seems the animations are also linked to WASD because you can move with the arrow keys without walking! I'm sure you'll change these after the jam. Really great work!

Hey Jayometric, thanks for the feedback! We have already changed the controls, now it's  a way better. We will add animation to arrow keys, we rushed to finish the game in time for the jam so we leaved that way. About the float thing... for now let's make this our little secret... hahahah. We will add some fall mechanic to prevent this kind of thing to happen.

Well the game is solid i will say that it have potential! But i think you should make carrots automatically pick up beacause i can just hold x and pick them while moving. Overall is a great game

Hey Walter, thanks for your feedback! We are adding some elements to make the game a little bit more challenging. So instead of taking carrots automatically we plan to add a little bit of time to gather then. So when pressing E the bunny will be locked in place and play the gathering animation. This will be cool because the farmer is fast, and right behind your back.

i think i am missing something, but i can't get any carrots , i am trying to stand over it and click left mouse button but nothing, the game looks really nice and fun in the videos , 

but i don't know what is happening in my version , it would be great it you tell me what i am missing

The art and the animations look great, only thing is, perhaps because I have a german keyboard, the controls are a bit weird. Perhaps consider using the mouse buttons too, for example left button to collect and right mouse button to dig, or shift left to use another option. I think it will solve the control problems I had. Also the arrow keys did work, but without animation. All in all great idea and funny game!

Hey Thomas, thanks for your feedback! I really had no idea that german keyboards had a different layout, thats funny. We've changed the controls to use q and e instead of z and x, and it's a way better. The arrows works but because of a mistake that we haven`t fixed yet. But i'm glad that you have enjoyed the game. =D

I don't think this has been mentioned in the comments, but it doesn't feel like the movement vector was normalized. Seems like the player moves faster diagonally than other directions.

Hey Timmay! That's very funny because it was something that our animator (Jial) said on the first time he played, and i answered to him: "if someone asks says it's a feature not a bug" hahahaha. We plan to change it later.  xDDD

Fun!  It could use in-game instructions about the controls, and I would recommend moving the dig+interact controls to either the mouse or the right-hand side of the keyboard, I had trouble moving WASD + interacting at the same time.  The graphics are cool, the music is very nice, and the end-game screen is great!

Hey Yosemite, Thanks for the feedback. We've already  changed that, now it is on wasd and q for digging and e to interact.  This is because we're planning to add a 2 player mode on the same keyboard. =DDD

I like that you actually have to dig up HOLES to collect the carrots. Pretty nice concept overall. With more polish (better models, more tight and fast controls, maybe option to sprint), it can be a STELLAR game.

The music, grpahics and the idea are great. I would be great a control screen or something like that. Also, i found a bug that let you escape the map with the holes. Anyway, nice game!
