How does the game fit the theme?
It's a play on word of the theme Nothing Can Go Wrong where the main character is "Nothing" and the antagonist is "Wrong" and the whole point is to go and find 'wrong' in hopes of finding something "Nothing goes Wrong" get it? it's a game about finding something in the midst of Nothingness.

What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?

Like the visuals and color palette. Congrats.

Thanks man means a lot <3

Great realization of the idea. Super visual effects and awesome music. Thanks for such a game.

Developer

Thanks for playing man we hope you had fun<3

This really creative and I thought the presentation of this game was really top notch. I think for me, I agree with the sentiment that I needed a bit more feedback to really enjoy the game as it should.  Whether that took form in particle effects over the character's position or some other idea like some of the other people suggested, would depend on what your pillars are but I think you guys did a really amazing job and made such a cool experience. Excellent work!

Developer(+1)

Really great insights man, thank you for playing we really appreciate it<3

I like the idea of the game a lot. I think what was missing for me was something additional to make up for the loss of my vision of the character. Maybe making it only 2 maps but slightly bigger with checkpoints (where u are visible) would've made it a bit more appealing but then again it doesn't play into the story... you surely came up with something that's hard to work with but you made something out of it regardless!

I like that you did your own voice-acting, I'm fangirling over the voice of X I think haha

Developer

Yeah this mechanic was fairly a new to us and we didn't have any references to base out of it, we were basically in the dark on what works and what doesn't. But thank you for playing man, hahaha we'll definitely tell oosaka(the one who voiced X) about this she's gonna be thrilled<3

I liked the art style and the literal take on the theme. The voice acting was nice and the gameplay was fun and unique. Well done!

Developer

Thanks man we appreciate you playing our game<3

Loved the voice-acting! The dialogues were a lot of fun, “You’re wrong…” “That’s literally my name”, brilliant!

The art was very clean and charming, UI felt cohesive and clear. The clues were a clever addition, especially the sound effects. Found that I seldom needed to use the radar even due to the clues ;)

Had to play the game in non-fullscreen as the UI did not like scaling to an ultra-wide screen but that did not matter much.

Had a great time! Great job :)

Developer(+1)

The puns is the soul of our game hahaha. Exporting a game to WebGL was a first to me so I had to play around with the scaling of the screen, and yes it's best played without using Fullscreen. Thank you for playing our game man we really appreciate it <3

The art is so cute and beautiful! I also really loved the whole game idea. Great work!!!

A very innovative concept that was well executed! art is gorgeous and voice acting is nice. The concept is very interesting, does feel a tiny bit weird. Maybe some polish could make it work even better (ideas: sound of walking that depends of the surface you walk on, beep sound with frequency increasing when near the exit...) But you're clearly onto something here. Great job!

Developer

Those are some fantastic feedbacks, thanks man we'll definitely note this down after the jam when we continue this game. Thank you for playing we really appreciate it <3

Really love the visual assets, animations ! Games looked great, i maybe missed something or had a bug because the yellow arrow disappeared, i did not understood clearly how to make it reappaer. I'm also using a french layout keyboard so moving with ZQSD (WASD in french layout) worked but not for the radar.
Apart from that, all I can say is well done!

Developer

This was our first jam so we definitely learned something new to improve, thank you for your feedback and the french layout keyboards. We really appreciate you checking out our game <3

Really clever game, I enjoyed how different it is compared to most other ones. I think making the maps a little bigger could add a bit more challenge, and maybe things like walking into the pond would leave behind some wet footsteps or something similar. Really fun concept, nice job on this one!

Developer

I like your idea! yeah we'll try to add that in the future, thanks for the feedback and also taking the time to play our game, we really appreciate it <3

That was fun. I liked your take on the theme. I don't think I've ever seen that particular game mechanic before. Nicely done.

Voiceover was a very nice addition and the art was great too.

Developer

Thanks for playing our game man, it really means a lot to me and my team

love the art style and the concept, really fun little game.

Thank youuu <3

A very interesting idea. I was lost most of the time and just spamming wasd in the hopes I could figure out where I was. I wonder if leaving urine spots would help as a visual aid to keep the player informed? Beautiful art, peaceful audio and fun voice acting. A great submission.

Developer

Thanks for the feedback man, yeah this was honestly an interesting genre that we came up with so we didn't really have anything to reference it with so technically we were in the dark in making this, so your feedback really does help <3

Great game! Amazing art, fantastic voice acting! A great idea and interpretation of the theme! The only thing is that the radar didn't help me much; it was easier without it, and for some reason, it specifically froze at the moment of reaching the cross each time - all three times. Thank you for such a game!

Developer

Thank you for playing man, yeah we'll definitely look into the radar issue, we really appreciate your feedbacks <3

This game is incredible probably one of the best I tested so far! I especially loved the visuals/animations and the dialog writing (+ the voice acting add so much).

Developer

Thanks for playing man, we couldn't have made this game into what it is now without our 2 wonderful voice actors <3

I love to see custom voice acting for a jam submission, great touch! The art was both hysterical and cute and I think you nailed the style you were going for. Great job, and a very creative take on the theme!

Submitted (1 edit) (+1)

This is really really great, I love the art and voice acting. And the idea is so good. Nice work!

Developer

thank you for playing <3

Wow, what great style! I did have a lot of trouble the first go around but once I gauged the cat's size it got a little easier! Love the creativity and radar/close to mechanics

Developer

thanks for playing man,  the mechanics are a bit hard to grasp, we'll definitely work on improving this so it becomes a bit easier

Submitted(+1)

I love how you turned the theme on its head! And it's funny game idea, nice submission!

Developer(+1)

haha makes you think what wacky ideas we had, thank you for playing our game man <3

Submitted(+1)

I loved the art, the story and all the setting! The gameplay is interesting, although I found it hard to get to Wrong.

One feedback I could maybe give is to give a way in which the player can first move through the place with the arrow pointing for a little more time so its understandable how fast does Nothing move or in which direction specifically (considering its isometric perspective).

Besides that, it all feels very polished and proffesional, amazing for a seven day jam. Well done!

Id appreciate if u could rate my submission aswell :)

Developer

Thank you for playing our game man, yeah the arrow thingy was a last minute addition and probably needs some refining.  Ofcourse, we'll definitely check your game later <3
