How does the game fit the theme?
You want to move, hire movers to do the job, what could go wrong ? Well the movers you hired found some new technologies and might not be the most talented to use it...

What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
We reused the combo sounds from Jet Set Radio and left placeholder sounds found in copyright free banks, All the other assets were handmade

How many people worked on the game?

Great game! I love the tense music  as I execute a precise delivery sequence. I got some bugs but it didn't affect how the game feels.

The game is great but idk where the truck was in i forgot which level. i also found a bug where if u die holding the throw button u still have it after spawning again. ovr great game with good art!

Such a cool game, one of my favourites so far! It's fun to play and it look great, I had a blast playing it.

My only complaint is that the loose condition wasn't very clear for me, I suppose it is when the box hits the ground, but that didn't always make me loose.

Developer

Thank you for your feedback!

The current lose condition happens when the box hits the ground and doesn’t move fast enough. A timer starts for a few seconds, and if the box isn’t picked up by the end, you lose. Unfortunately, we didn’t think about showing this lose timer, so that’s a great point to work on !

Ok I see, that makes sense. A timer would be a great adition then.

Very nice Pixel Art!

SO INNOVATIVE I would buy the actual game post jam

Developer

Thank you! We will improve a lot of things to make it work even better and focus on releasing it for PC and maybe Switch !!

Never have I ever thought I needed Tony Hawk's SFX in a game about movers

This is great! I love the idea and the controls feel great. It would be nice to be able to affect the force outside of just timing though.

Great game! Excellent idea, pleasant visuals, amazing sound! The aiming at long distances is a bit inconvenient, and I encountered a couple of bugs—the level didn't restart upon losing (I can't provide a video, and I doubt it would help catch this bug), it didn't respond to any buttons—only ESC worked; and sometimes Rewind works a bit strangely (I hope it's clear what happens in the GIF)

Developer(+1)

Hello, thank you for your feedback !

Yes, we are aware of the rewind bug, and in the future, we will work on fixing it! Sometimes, as in your case, this bug occurs, causing your mover to die in a loop until the level restarts, and the camera doesn’t readjust itself (so the buttons still respond, but they affect the previous mover, not the one in the camera view). :(

Tip: For this level, you need to jump and catch the right-click to gain enough momentum in the air to pass to the next mover (the one on top with the bush in a pot and nails), etc.

Nice game! The end of level 5 and level 6 was a bit challenging for me, but I still enjoyed it. The pixel art fit the game really well.

Very nice concept with great visuals and matching audio! Sometimes, I struggled with the controls but overall it felt quite good. In the browser-version, I got some "crackling" sounds but this is okay for a game jam.

Great submission! :)

Developer

Thank you! I don't know where the crackling comes from, sorry about it.

The game was a little too hard for me (got stuck at the jumping part), but I think you guys did a great job finishing it with such high quality!

Submitted

Nice one ! I loved the idea behind the game, maybe i have a problem with audio in web version, the music seems not playing and crackling don't know if its intentional or not! Good job to all the team :)

Developer(+1)

Thank you very much! It's the first time I hear about this audio issue, I'm sorry about that! Your game was really great too by the way ;)

A very unique concept! Not sure if this is by design, but in the browser version, if I use arrow key to input it will change scene between the levels (and the title page)

Developer

Thank you! The arrows were a debug feature and we left it in the game.

Woow! Everything is super smooth, the sound, the gamplay and the gamefeel. It's already a complete game! Gool like for further development :)

Really loved the concept, very unique and fun, game looked and sounded great, but the controls were very weird and unintuative (left click to throw but also to catch but only sometimes?) and the jump was a bit too powerful, any time i tried to jump and catch i would jump straight over the package.

Still, genuinely enjoyed it, amazing work!

Very fun concept and mechanics!

It's a fun and creative game, just a little difficult to play. I liked it :)
