Nice work! I did get stuck at that one part with the PC but I reloaded and tried again without moving. The side-scroller section was a bit visually confusing with some of the midground platform shapes also being in the foreground and background as set dressing, I think? Unless I visually read that wrong and they were interactable. That section was also quite hard! But I suck at platformers so that's a me problem.

Otherwise, cool game! We'd love it if you could check ours out!

Thank you, I appreciate it! We ran out of time and didn't manage to add some tweaks to the platform section (coyote time, better platforms , checkpoints etc...) and it may seem a little bit hard. Apart from that, we're happy you had a pleasant experience! Cheers!

Very unique and fun game. It took the "button press" game that a few others tried this game jam too but actually elevated and made it into a full on experience. Very immersive and I was intrigued by the story too. Really nice job on this!

Developer

Thank you very much!

What a great little experience!
I love how many different segments it has.
The visual effects and the movement animations are really slick.

Developer

Thank you so much!

Wow! Great idea! It's a fun game to play, but on the second level, the route to the button is not very obvious, and a checkpoint in the middle of the platform level would be helpful—other than that, it's an excellent game!

Developer

Thank you! We didn't add checkpoints because that's the only platform level in the entire game, and we wanted it to be more challenging (maybe a bit too much lol), being the last level in the game. Thank you again for your feedback :)

I got stuck after the PC part, but I think your game is cool!

By the way, the mark at the bottom of the PC... it reminds me of- oops, looks like somebody's here.

Developer (1 edit)

Thank you for playing! After the pc part you have to stay still after pressing the buttons, you can then move after the camera zooms and walls with 0 and 1s spawn, sorry for the problem in that particular room. That being said , I don't know what you're talking about, that's a famous PC brand and definitely nothing sussy

The "Flowey" reference goes hard! Really love the gameplay!

Developer

Thank you! Glad you got the reference <3

Great game, very good game feel and coherence with the theme! The art style is beautiful!

Developer

Thank you very much!

Good game! I love the pixel art style. I like the challenge and the progression on each level. I had a great time trying to reach the button! It's you, the universe, and awesome work!

Developer(+1)

Thank you mate !

Great game, great level variety! Loved the walking animation, lol. Good job!

Developer

Thank you!!

Great visual and polished game mechanics!

However, probably I got stuck on a wall after the PC section.

Developer

Thank you for playing and rating our game!

Nice puzzle game! Level 2 was a little too difficult compared to level 1, but it was a good challenge!

Developer

Yes, we decided to add more difficult levels than easy ones because of time, thank you for playing!

Submitted

I'm amazed at the amount of mechanics! Fun game, the hardest part for me is the platformer part :D

Developer(+1)

Thank you by your feedback! Do you know there's another ending? You have to push the button on time each level!

Submitted

wow, I didn't realize there was, I'll give it a try. I was wondering why my timer went to 0, but nothing happened :D

Developer

Because that way you can access the "glitched" levels, while by pushing the button on time you'll go trough the "normal" route :)

Hello, here my returns, its good game with a good idea but i found frustrating the platformer part due to the changement of type of platform i need to jump , for example sometime i jump on yellow object and after on grey objects, also you can add coyote time to this who will help the player. And i encounter a bug where i was glitch into a wall and cannot move at the first level where the wall are bits sequence.

Developer

Thank you for your feedback and for playing!

Fun puzzle game with nice visuals the difficulty spike from level 1 to 2 is quite steep im not sure if levels got switched around or something.

Developer

Thank you for playing! Our idea was to mix up the difficulty of the levels to give the feeling that your job won't go smoothly. Thank you for your feedback :)

Fun little game. It gets harder and harder as you play.

Developer(+1)

Thank you! :)

Really great puzzle game! The game gets hard really fast and the time pressure really sells the urgency.

Developer

Thank you, hope we didn't stress you even more lol

Submitted(+1)

It was a fun game! The difficulty spikes pretty highly after the first level so maybe another level or two in between would help with the pacing, but overall it was still very fun to play!

Developer

As we ran out of time we decided to add more difficult levels than easy ones, to add a sense of challenge and urgency. Thank you for your feedback!!!

This was such a unique game and awesome that it was done in a week!
I did run into a few of the bugs that were mentioned but knowing they were there I was able to reset and speedrun back to where I was. I really liked how tricky the .txt puzzle was even if it wasn't obvious. I'm still not sure how I beat the plant but glad I was able to move past it (Also appreciated the flashing lights warning). I honestly don't have much criticism except that the glitching sounds were a little loud in comparison to the other SFX and startled me the first couple times. Would play again! Keep it up you two

Developer

Thank you so much for your kind words and for finishing the game ;)

Fun puzzle game! I ran out of time on the second level and was still able to complete the puzzle and move to the next level.  I enjoyed the overworld song :)

Developer

Thank you so much! The timer's purpose is not to end the game when running out. When pressed at 0 seconds, you'll discover "secret" different levels for each level after the one with the flowers. Thank you again for your feedback :)

Interesting concept, but I feel like the jump from level 1 to level 2 is pretty massive. You go from seeing the character clearly and having a reasonable amount of time to complete the level, to barely being able to see the player with a lot of obstacles that might hard to see where the correct path is to the button, and when I reached 0:00, nothing happened except that the screen would continuously flash a lot, making it even harder to tell what to do. I suggest that the pacing of the levels is more gradual instead of having huge jumps like level 1 to level 2. Otherwise, it feels mysterious and interesting to play!

Developer(+1)

Thank you! As we didn't have much time to make more levels, we decided to make more difficult levels than easy ones, to make the game feel more challenging. Thank you for your feedback anyway :)
