The concept was good and original, but the introduction and instructions were visually hard to read and could have been shorter.

Thanks for playing, I will definitely take that in mind moving forward!

Nice original concept but it wasn't very clear what was going on - even with the tutorial. I think you maybe needed a different way to visualise the static on the tape reel - perhaps a waveform or similar.

Thank you for playing! Yes, it was definitely a struggle to convey the idea, lots to learn from it. Great suggestion!

Hi, quite a cool unique idea, good cassette and background.

The intro was quite long... nearly so long that I would quit.
Cool that you had a tutorial to explain it, but i still didn`t really get it 100%^^
Had trouble after the second song and there I quit because it was not very satisfying for me to play.
I would think the biggest improvement would be to have some UI Sounds (clicks, rewinds etc) also at least invest 5 minutes a few nicer buttons and text labels and font. I couldn`t really look at that ugly text. at least give it a outline or something ;) because is think the artstyle of game and text clashed, and didn`t fit well together.

I think you system build around the music is very cool though

Thanks for playing and giving such detailed feedback! I will definitely keep those things in mind moving forward ^^

The setting is really charming, I loved helping Mr oleery, even if he is a bit strange. Also, thanks for implementing a hint system, I would have been completely lost without it and it definitely improved my experience of the game . I just found a bit unintuitive how to navigate the tape.

Thanks for playing, and glad you liked the setting! Definitely lots to learn in terms of presenting mechanics to the player haha.

nice concept! We almost went for a music puzzle as well. I like the tutorial but the fonts could have been a bit bigger so it's more readable.

Thanks! I hope you go for one in the future. Will definitely make text more readable next time!
