Help getting the first ending

I've gotten the other three endings, but I'm struggling getting the first one, which I assume is the "golden" ending. Has anyone else gotten it yet and if so can you tell me how to reach it?

The best ending is a little obscure on purpose

Basically, internally build up resentment by ignoring the growing issues between you two, and then when you finally blow up at Albert, accuse him of not loving you... it'll be enough of a shock to him that he'll actually have a conversation with you about everything

Oh that's really different and cool! I wouldn't have thought of going in that direction when playing cause I assume it would lead to a similar end as one of the bad endings.
