I especially like the tilting of the camera as you move back and forth, really neat

It's fun hunting around for clothes to put on the lil kobold!~

It was also nice to see some of my characters in there too~ Thank you for that btw~

my lil kobold got to run around in sandals and aviator classes stealing people's clothes with a fishhook and i think that is cool

Simple but extremely charming and oddly nostalgic ! I only wish the doll body was still a little animal-ish, but that's a personal preference and not a negative point at all. Will say that the music loop, while not unpleasant on its own, does get to be a little much after a while since it's a pretty short loop.

Very cool, though I wish there was more feedback for when you do things right or wrong

Followed the development in the SJ9 discord server and love to see that you really delivered! That's a fun idea with a super cute implementation.

Before trying the game, I thought it was a fishing game where you catch clothes instead of fish—but still fishing in water.  But no. You fish people 😳

The art style is super cute, and the voice tracks made me laugh. The game is just full of charm!

Since the game has more of a cute than a horny vibe, I don't know if this idea is relevant, but I think it would be funny if the NPCs gradually lost their clothes as the player caught them.

My only small issue is with the controls. Having to interact (press Q) to change rooms felt a bit off—I expected to be moved automatically.
Also, when I wanted to close the clothing menu, I kept clicking on the very left of the screen (where the game is still visible), but nothing happened.
Again, these are small issues—the game is great!

And since I'm also working on a dress-up game (as a long-term project outside of the jam), this is super inspiring. I’ve never seen a dressing game with progression before. Thanks for sharing!

This is a really cute take on the concept of a horny fishing game! Being able to dress up the kobold as you collect clothes is very nostalgic as someone who played a lot of dressup games back in the day, and all the clothes look hella adorable on that ’bold!

The sheer ambition of how many articles of clothing you drew for this is mindboggling; already well done on that. It took a little while to get the hang of how to actually fish for clothing,  and I wish there was an easier way to tell if you'd gotten everything from an area, but the collectathon aspect really hooked me in (heh) and kept me at it. Also I love that you went for a kobold for the main character - they look great in your art style in particular.

I don't think I've seen this sort of idea before, what a fun concept! I like all of the art and the great variety of clothes that can be discovered. The 3D effect is cool and makes the scenes feel a lot more dynamic! Sounds and music all felt right for what you're doing.

Some sort of a time system that moved the characters can be a way to keep players going from place to place in search of new clothes, and give more of a reason to revisit the areas to see what's changed.

I like that it can be both a fun little adventure or a grand quest to collect all of the outfits. References to other jam characters are a really neat bonus!

Nice. Ended up with the full beach set (or did i its hard to tell) because i found Daphne there. The music is a bit reptitive and it would be nice to know where i have a full collection off of a certain npc but i like the idea of a dress up game with progression.

itch won't let me post my amazing kobold fit but you can see it in the discord

but for real though, what an original concept on this one. the basic nature of the actual fishing itself can be forgiven because holy cow, you really drew 3 and a half dozen cosmetics with 2 frames and a lizardtits variant each within a month. good work.

i guess the logical endpoint of making a more detailed mechanic in this case is the person on the other end struggling not to lose their clothing, and you ending up with Embarrassed Nude People™ all over the place. maybe doesn't fit with the clothes collecting, and also definitely way over scope for a month jam.

i ended up with 3-ish cosmetics i never saw because of the RNGods, and man was it painful reopening the game and seeing no save was implemented, but with the amount of art you probably had to put into this i'm not surprised you didn't have the time to implement something like that.

aside, the simple vertical stretching of the backgrounds as a lazy perspective warp is so funny and wonky looking that i actually kind of unironically love it

A cute spin on the usual dress up game. Made this little outfit:

Very fun! I really enjoyed getting new clothes to create cool outfits. The art all looks very nice and its impressive that all the clothes sprite work well together. It would have been cool to have the clothes relate to the NPCs a bit more. I noticed that some did, which was neat. Maybe also the NPCs could have also become more nude when their clothes were stolen. Overall, very solid and fun to play!

All actually intended mechanics, just turns out that my scope was too large for the jam entry sadly. Thanks!

This is super cute. I wanna complete the whole set

this is so darn silly and cute i love it, took me a bit to understand you're supposed to fish on people but once that clicked i had a good time walking around going "hehe my clothes now :3"
