If I'm not mistaken, this is the highest score I've given out yet.

Everything about this is a banger. The gameplay is solid, with enough changes in challenges and objectives to keep it interesting. The art is great -- tons of little details like the flash of the dash bar as it charges back up and the progressive dronification of our portrait as we take damage. And god -- the story. Not only is this a great use of Disco Elysium text, but it's constantly changing the environment.

This is unironically a masterpiece of a teaser. The twist at the end was both heart-wrenching and enthralling, and I cannot wait to play the rest of this out if you complete it.

(I started typing this before you won. All I can say is: bravo, sir/madam/other. You absolutely fucking deserved it.)

Very fun and solid mechanics! The combat itself felt a little difficult, its easy to get overwhelmed by enemies and its hard to really dodge their attacks, but the story was super engaging and the art was really nice!

neat game! i haven't played a lot of stealth games before so the mechanics were somewhat new to me. i think they worked pretty well! i found that it was often much easier to try to sneak past the enemies than to subdue them, although it was also satisfying to successfully subdue multiple of them with melee combat when that ended up being my only option.

i found i didn't really use the dash very much, maybe this is mostly because i forgot about it. it also might be because the cooldown seemed a bit confusing when it was first introduced (i wasn't really able to read the UI elements), so i couldn't really tell how reliable it was going to be.

(i did eventually zoom in on my browser to make the game a bit more readable, which helped).

i appreciated the availability of checkpoints, made it possible for me to lose a bit and get more comfortable with the controls. i also lost shortly after rescuing all 4 researchers but before i could find the exit, and i'm very glad the game didn't make me replay that entire part.

the story was well done, it was short & to the point but engaging. i liked being able to communicate with rowan over the terminals. there were a couple points where i felt like the dialog on the terminals was not quite up to date--specifically, i was trying to remember what the game had said about where to go after rescuing the researchers, but the terminal wouldn't tell me. but, that's a nitpick.

good job!

Oh, this is great. This game has it all - spicy writing, satisfying stealth-based gameplay, a nice art style, and funny sci-fi acronyms. (Also, an action hero named Harper, hah.) I really liked the way you handled the character customisation. Also, inspired choice to have enemies that can be stunned but not permanently defeated, that's a great way to blend stealth and action.

The gameplay feels solid and has a variety of sections with different mechanics! The sprites, interface and illustrations all look great. Music and sounds fit the stealth action well. I like the writing and dialogue, and the way that it's presented in a sidebar with detailed character illustrations on the sides.

I can tell that a lot of effort went into making all of this happen. Excellent work!

Incredibly good game, the controls are fluid, the art is beautiful, and the story is really good. Can't wait to see more!

I did not expect a metal gear solid game, this is amazing, great art, great storytelling, characters, shocking amount of customization, very gud game overall.

Funny enough that the stealth game gets a decent stealth rating for the most part. I had guards solved pretty quickly once i was granted weapons but going back and trying to do it fast was much more fun.

One thing i noticed is that when starting a new game after completing it, you still have your gear. Not sure if intentional or not, but a "new game +" mode turned out to also be a good change-up for replayability.

Honestly I would love to tighten up the game to where speedrunning becomes really satisfying. I've already had friends joke about adding a timer while we were playtesting.

I had to cheese the AI a little bit after getting corner, however, I rather liked the gameplay and story going on.

I love this one! i only wish it were longer so i could explore their story more.  And the dronification writing, my goodness that's some good shit there.

This game has one heck of a story, I hope you continue it, I'd love to see it done~
