Go to the Cabinet where the game stores stuff like food, drink, medicine, cloth, and bot parts. There will be an "Other" category in there, and inside there should be an Item called Magazine. Use the Magazine, and it will tell you to go for a walk around 2 AM. After that, If you go for a walk around 2 AM, you should get an event for meeting BigDaddyHurt in person for the first time. After the event ends, you will now be able to throw out Bot Parts Safely with no consequences.
